+ The laptop is very good overall. As it is my first Mac i am still finding my way around the operating system. On the whole the operating system is fantastic and i would recommend the Apple Mac to anyone.

- The only bad point of this particular Mac is the white casing. Although attractive to look at, the casing needs to be cleaned often to maintain its professional image.

+ how easy it is to use. apple producys are the future. windows is dying.

- getting used to the apple way of doing things if you havent had one before. it's simple to get the hang of though and once you do there is no looking back

+ The design and overall feel, even down to the power cable. Boot up speed. Ease of Initial setup and autodetection of wifi. Stronger and more stable wifi connection than my previous wintel laptop. Installs new software very quick.

- It keeps producing dismount pop-up error messages while using my USB Multicard reader.
Having to import photos from source (e.g. camera, card reader) before viewing them full screen or slideshow, should be able to do it direct from the connected source. If it's a lack of understanding then it's not very intuitive.
Although quick at actually installing new software, it's not always easy to fully understand how to start it off, but this may be the fault of the install instructions of the software.
