+ Wondeerful suction, compact and easy to handle

- The small upholstery tool keeps falling out of its retainer and I would like to have a brush attachment for upholstery. The sekf winding coil mechanism isn't always efficient.

- It is extremely poor at picking up pet hairs from carpet - I am very disappointed.

+ Great suction, has a long power lead so you don't have to keep unplugging it and can get into small spaces with the floor head. (I previously had an upright cleaner). Also has an adjustment on the floor head for hard floors. Can also use on the stairs.

- Although it is small it is not easy to store with the hose attached

+ very efficient, light to move around, sucks up like no other vaccuum cleaner I have had. easy to store as it is quite small.Easy to change bag.Lots of different tools with it.

- found that there was no brush that comes with the unit for wooden flooring .adapted another type to fit and works very wall

- Minor bad points are that there are only 2 extra tools provided, and the power cable does not retract into the machine completely first time and needs several goes.

+ LIGHT, FAIRLY QUIET, LONG FLEX, GOOD CLEANING PERFORMANCE ON WOODEN FLOORS AND CARPET, EASY AND QUICK TO ADJUST LENGTH OF NOZZLE PIPE. LOOKS GOOD.

+ Quiet performance - incredible power - practically sucks carpets off the floor! Glides easily in use. Great on hard floors too. I have a house rabbit and her hair if very fine and sticks to everything. This vacuum is brilliant on the carpet and furniture.
