Easy to install and use. Quiet and efficient. 'A' rated product, a choice of programmes, economy, half fill etc. I consider this dishwasher excellent value for money and it has the reliability of being a Bosch.

dont like plastic inside and plastic rota arms. machine not as robust as the previous model I doubt it will last 12 years like its predecessor!

Cleans well even on the quick cycle which takes less than 30 minutes. It's big enough to fit ina days dirty dishes.

design of shelves could be more flexible - sometimes have 'shadow areas' if load pans and large plates that shadow other crockery, so affecting the cleaning of them.

Cleans very well - we normally use quick wash. Not needed 'normal' or 'prewash' yet. Simple but clever electronic display allows control of rinse-aid and salt use. Otherwise excellent machine, and substantially cheaper than the high street.

Only criticism is non-adjustable racks.

choice of wash cycles is very good but it is rather difficult to set the cycles. It stores the last cycle so just press the stored cycle button and off you go.

The dishwasher washes really well and according to the manufacturers information and Which it scores well on environmental issues

The range of washing programmes are a bit limited and when compared with our previous Bosch Dishwasher this one is not as flexible in how the baskets are laid out. For example, previously we had been able to lay some of the plate racks down so that the basket would take pots easily when required.

Gives great results. There is also a chance to adjust the amount of salt used each time according to the hardness of the water. Have been using it for two weeks, and so far no 'rejects' of crockery that has to be washed again.

The only criticism I have is that the top drawer won't take my tallest glasses, but everything else is good.

The machine was easy to programe from the start, very straightforward without the need of instructions. It is very quiet, I had reservations about it before I ordered one as in a survey by Which? magazine one of the negative points was that it is quite noisy but I was surprised at how quiet it is! It came out as a 'best buy' with Which? and that's a pretty good reccomendation I believe. Also, it looks ok, white, plain and unobtrusive.

There is only one bad point that I can think of. There doesn't seem to be a good way of putting tall tumbers in, it's ok if there are just one or two, but if there are quite a few they don't fit in very well. They seem to either tip over and fill with dirty water or break if they are put between the spikes, we had five break in a couple of days when we were trying different ways of fixing them in. It's not so bad if there isn't much else in the dishwasher, but that isn't a situation that happens very often in my house!

Good value product that does what it is supposed to. Everything comes out lovely and clean. It is reasonably quiet for a dishwasher and easy to use. We are happy with our purchase.

Nothing really bad. We removed the plastic trays from the top section (meant for large spoons/knives etc) because they just got in the way. They just seemed like a waste of plastic.

Quiet, easy to clean, works well. Good use of indicators to refill salt etc.

Can be awkward to fit things under the knife racks on the top shelf. Cycle times are either quite short (34 mins) or very long (about 2 hours). Would have preferred something in between.

Very pleased with this product, the quick wash programme is excellent. The normal cycle takes around 2hours 20 mins, which does seem a long time but everything comes clean.

You are unable to fold down the bottom racks, which I have been used to but that is a minor thing.

We couldn't believe the price of this. We expected it to be quite basic. It turned out to be one of the best appliances we have purchased. Really easy to use, great results, great value for money. Would deffinately reccommend!

It's very quiet and dishes come out clean.

I find loading the machine less user friendly than my last machine. There doesn't seem to be as much room, especially for pots & pans. Also have removed the plastic stacking racks in the top drawer.

Cleans exceedingly well, which - let's face it - is really all that matters in a dishwasher. And as a bonus it's exceptionally good value.

A tad noisy, but not excessive, and a full wash cycle time of 2hrs 20 mins - bit too long in my view.

This dishwasher does actually clean the pots unlike the nightmare Hotpoint dishwasher which I ditched after only 3.5 years of use. Brilliant experience only having to wash items once!!!!!

It is so quiet you hardly know that it is on. It indicates when rinse agent etc. needs refilling.It dries the pots well.

It takes a long time (approx 2hrs) to complete a cycle, even the eco cycle. The instruction booklet was not too informative, we had a bit of head scratching to understand the installation instructions.

The price was very reasonable for a Bosch (the brand Miele being the best for dishwashers - though you pay for it - and Bosch a close second). The economy cycle is quick at 20 minutes and has resulted in excellent cleaning. I haven't had to use the longer cycles yet. There are only 4 cycles, but with my previous machine (a useless Indesit) there were 12 cycles and I only used 2 at the most. I am therefore OK with having just 4 cycles. On the whole, I am so far pleased with this machine.

It is a bit tricky stacking the top of the dishwasher, but you get there in the end.

It is quiet and washes very effectively.

It lacks a short rinse cycle and all the programmes take a long time to complete. It is slightly awkward to load, particularly the top tray but once you get used to the arrangements it can be made to work ok.

quick wash seems to be ok for most washes unless plates etc are exceptionally dirty and it only takes 30 minutes so very economical to use

Value for money is the main point. It does everything it says on the tin. It is reasonably quiet. Much quieter than the old one. Dishes are alway clean and mostly dry as plastic still needs a wipe. Cycle time is about 140 minutes which isn't bad its easy to operate and was extremely well priced. Not much of a choice of options but who needs most of the variety of options that are offered on the more expensive models.

Loading it isn't as easy as my previous dishwasher - the top tray in particular - hardly any flat surfaces, without plate holders, to lay pots etc

Takes 2.5 hours to run the Eco cycle (longer than previous model), but if it's more efficient then we can live with that.

Bosch reliability and performance - says it all.

I've yet to encounter a dishwasher that produces truly dry dishes at the end of a wash cycle, this one is no exception, but does a very good job nonetheless.

Cleans & drys very well.

Non 'quick wash' options are very long. Top left hand side quite hard to load.

It just cleans everything I put in it with out any of the fuss of hand-washing

One minor thing isthat the top basket's cutlery tray doesn't hinge up out of the way far enough to put items under them easily

This is a quality dishwasher you can tell as soon as you open the door. Performance on washes excellent, wish I had bought one of these two years ago instead of the rubbish one I bought.
