- Heavier than I expected. The head is too wobbly and doesn't fix in place. Noisy.

- The carpet cleaner head has become blocked up with cat hair but at least it is possible to unscrew the head allowing the cat hair to be removed.

+ The good point of this machine is that my wife, a technophobe, loves using it!! 'nuff said!

- I have a lower back problem, even with extended pole still feel I get lower back pain after a while. I am only 5 foot 4 so not a tall lady and only in my thirties so not elderly, this is my only bad point:( Extension pole needs to be a bit longer.

- It's not easy to manoeuver, the flex is not long enough.

+ Very powerful. Easy to empty without any mess. Manouverable head is very easy to use. One of the best vacuum cleaners I've ever owned.

- Nothing major. Some of the plastic brackets that the tools plug into when not in use might suffer wear and tear over time. It would be nice to be able to quickly stand the cleaning rod on the machine instead of having to put it down on the floor when you take a quick break, but that's hardly a big problem.

- Hard to keep the nozzle extended when vacumming! Locks into place for a while and then suddenly disengages and becomes flexible, which is really irritating when trying to use it!!!
