DYSON DC25 Ball All Floors

Easy to push around and much lighter than previous cleaner. Tools can be carried on the machine so handy to use. Carrying handle as well has pushing handle so easy to carry from room to room. Suction very good at present but will it detiorate as all cleaners tend to do with time.

Tube not long enough to do all the stairs. Still have to do half from the bottom and half from the top of stairs. Dirt container small so have to empty more frequently than previous cleaner. Crack in dirt containter after only a few weeks and needs replacing.

A fantastic deep clean - I thought my rug was in need of replacement but the first use of the Dyson DC25 made it look like new.

This is very easy to use and really powerful. Its great how you can switch from carpet to wooden floors at the touch of a button and not lose the suction.

It was quite expensive but is such a good vacuum cleaner its worth it.

I have always had dysons but this is definately the best! Our daughter bought a ball when they first came out and she loves that too! Its light and very easy to handle and its sucking power is amazing as the head never leaves the floor.

The only reason I hadn't bought a Dyson before is that they were too heavy. After years of enduring heavy hoovers, this is BRILL!!! I wouldn't swop it for anything! Its a great product with fantastic cleaning ability (the dirt it picked up compared to my other hoovers just doesn't compare). It is also easy-peasy putting the few bits together when its delivered - all very clear instructions). You can even log in and get Dysons to remind you by email when to change the filters ( which I always forget to do - come on, who does remember!). I will treasure my Dyson forever!! Impressed with the power, the weight and the quality of the unit. Has a good warranty, but is expensive so you pay for it over time. It moves well and feels comfortable in use.

Lots of packaging, some of the features are not quite as intiative as the older models, for example the wand is not the easiest to remove until you get the knack. Also the wand itself if rather ackward to use over a standard flexible unit.

It has got a really good suction. Once you work out how the ball is working, its more less straight forward and easy to use. And it look stylish too

It took me a while to work it out despite the "quick use quide". The only bad thing about this wacuum cleaner is that is very noisy espacialy when you are using the brush.

Needs getting used to as movement one way (right) is easier than in the other (left). Collector bin is a bit small. Seems a bit platiccy, may break easily with tools etc.

Much lighter than other similar products. This makes it easier to carry up and downstairs and it is very manouverable. Downside is that the dust container is quite small so it needs emptying more often. This is not too much of a problem because it is so easy to empty.

To start with seemed a bit heavy after our previous Dyson but soon got used to using it

Everything is good about this product.Its design, function and guarantee. We've always had Hoovers in the past, but they became so unreliable we switched to the "All Floors". The cleaning power is far superior to any othe machine we've had.

I do find that the suction could be better when it comes to picking up things like bits of cotton, as i tend to have to go round picking these up after i have hoovered!

Good points are the fact that it moves round the floor so easily and can change from one floor covering to another at the switch of a button and love the way the extension kit just pulls out of the handle so easily and quickly. Very happy with this hoover.

Not so easy to use the hose, no suction reduction on the hose, length of wire is shorter than previous models.

Would be better with a cord rewind. Steering with the ball takes some getting used to.

It is easy to use. Easy to empty. It made the carpet look like new. Hadn't realized how inefficient our last cleaner was until we used this one. In our business this is extremely important as first impressions are paramount to our succes.

Manoeuvrability and cleaning power, I now realise what my old vacuum cleaner left behind! The product appears to be well made.

The hose could possibly be a little longer as it's a bit of a struggle to reach the top step.

I always buy Dyson as I feel they clean extra special especially as I have real wood flooring it has been a great help to hoover floors as well as rugs and carpets I specially like the tool for stairs so much more advanced than my last Dyson (which has been passed onto my Daughter who is delighted)

I cannot really say I see any bad points in my product I am very happy indeed

i bought the cleaner with the ball and without doubt it is the best cleaner i've had. everything about it is first class 10 out of 10 from me.

Initially, it felt a bit flimsy compared to my previous Dyson, it is much smaller – time will tell how robust it will be. It took a while to work out how to use the built in tools as the instructions are not that comprehensive.

small recepticle means have to empty it often - but easy to do so not a real proble.

The hoover has everything you need firmly attached I used to find with other hoovers the attachments would fall off. It has excellant suction & the ball means you can easily move around things. Would definately recommend

Great, Great, Great. It realy cleans to the edge of the carpet without the tools,and I love the way you don't have to change anything for different floors, I can go through the whole house in one go.It is so easy to use.

The only bad thing is that I didn't have it years ago.

Easy to assemble when first received in its dismantled state. Relatively light compared with earlier models. Excellent suction (it appears to collect far more dirt/dust etc than our old DC04). Easy to manage in tight places.

Difficult to remove pipe when wanting to fit tools. I took the skin off my knuckles when it suddenly became free as I was pulling. New users will need to familiarise themselves with the dismantling procedure. Quite a fiddly catch when trying to re-fit dust container after emptying. Leaves grooves in the carpets as the rotating brush is very vigourous. They are not permanent however.
