+ Ease of use, like the added extras like the 30 second boost button and generally it's a nice piece of equipment.

- there really are not any to speak of really, the only thing I would say the dial that you use to set the time is different when you have had a fully digital microwave but that is not a bad point you get used to it.

- Very fiddly to use compared with our old panasonic. Email query to Panasonic on how to automatically cook baked potatoes has elicited no response.
