+ Before this printer I had the HP F380, the workings of this printer is much the same, it is easy to use & install & would find no problems recommending this machine to any of my friends who may need to replace their printer. If I have no trouble in using this machine anyone can use it. This is very good value for the money
- I can find no bad points at this moment in time

- There was no USB cable supplied with the product, so I need to spend half the value of the product on the correct cable. That is not satisfactory, as I have yet to use the product.

- No real bad points as such. When installing the software on to your pc make sure you read the instructions first, as their is quite alot to install at set points.
