Quiet and efficient and suprisingle good looking!

th eonly really good thing about this product is the design, it looks really stylish and cool but i wouldnt recomend buying it just for the way it looks

it is quite noisey, it never cleans properly and if you add more powder to clean better theres powder left all over your clothes, you have to bang the door to close it as well

i have found the moon very easy to use,no complicated dials.

30 minute quick cycle, powder dispenser on inside of door

no option to just spin clothes, for example if you have just handwashed a delicate item

Only has 5 programmes so makes it so easy to use, press single buttons for ease and the machine does the rest.

No timer, but then the longer programme only takes about 1 1/4 hours.

It is easy to use. I like having the detergent despenser in the door and the fact that it's self-cleaning. My old one used to get clogged up after a while and it was a pain to clean out. It's pretty quiet. It goes with my kitchen!!

There is no individual spin setting. The cycles are quite long.

easy to use just 5 buttons and one of thems the on/off my 5 year old can use it detergent draw is inside the door so the wash cleans the draw out every time so not messy soap draws

Design is superb, great machine for ease of use, with basic cycles on that most people need.

Best feature is the soap dispenser being inside the door. This means it's always clean and the outside of the door, being convex, doesn't collect dust. It's also simple to operate and washes well.

Top spin is a bit noisy. As the operation is electronic, you can't put it on a timer.

It looks fab and the 30 degree quick cycle is perfect for officework wear!

There are less choices for cycles and spins than you would get with other machines and there's no timer delay.

You don't appear to be able to do a 30 degree wash with a proper spin cycle. Any clothes washed on either of the two 30 degree options end up very wet. Similarly, you can't do a 40 degree wash with a full 1200rpm spin. Annoying! (& costly as extra tumble drying time is needed)

Very simple, very few programs, low temp, and a very quick wash option

for low temp wash it needs a liquid rather than powder, but so what.

In these eco friendly days, people want to do washes at 30C. This machine only spins at 800rpm at this temp....what good is THAT to anyone? The washing will be soaking after such a slow spin!! You have to do a full 60C wash to get the full spin speed of 1400RPM. This was NOT detailed in the spec of the machine, I only found that out when I went onto the Indesit website. Also, there is no separate spin cycle that you can select to give the clothes a long spin (in the case of washing at 30C). Very misleading!!!

60 degree cycle too long (first time 3.5 hours)

Easy to use. Self cleaning. Easy to install and setup. Excellent cleaning of colours and whites. Lets you know when its finished your wash by sounding a "BLEEP". Just like the microwave. Job done.

Doesnt rinse well like it should do. Had engineer out and he found nothing wrong. Am having to try (as he recommended) several different washing powders/liquids as the machine only uses cold water and not all wash powders dissolve well in cold.

Everything is neat and tidy, washing powder drawer is on inside of door making cleaning low maintenance, easy to operate with only necessary wash cycles pre programmed.

The washing machine looks good. It washes the clothes well. It is much quieter than my last machine.

There is no programme for spin only. If I put my clothes on the line to dry and it it comes to rain I cannot spin them unless they go through the full programme. I would have preferred a machine which uses water from the hot tap as well as the cold tap.

It's so easy to use and the guide for programmes, duration and what should be washed together is really helpful. The design is really stylish and looks great in my kitchen! The washing machine is also very economical by altering the programmes to make them environmentally-friendly, and it only has the number of settings required, rather than a lot of unnecessary settings that many other machines have. Highly recommended!

The only minor thing I don't like about the machine is that inside the door there is a small sponge to absorb excess water so it doesn't drip on the floor when you open the door, but this does not work as there are still always drips of water on the floor.

It has to be on a perfectly flat surface or it vibrates its way around the room

Looks good. Easy to use. No messy drawer for soap powder. Laundry smells lovely when it comes out. The best washing machine I have ever had.

No cold wash. Although I love the flashing lights to let me know the cycle is complete, it may not be entirely eco friendly.

easy to use, washes very well, detergant goes in compartment in door so you dont get any build up of old powder, 3 compartments for liquid detergant, powder and conditioner, can take it out to clean. It has lights on the front to tell you how long is left until finish.

sponges in door need to be regularly wringed out but easy to do. washes are long so wouldnt reccomend if you wanted to use for quick washes. also, the spin speed varies with different programmes.

I usually have to wash clothes twice. It certainly does NOT recognise detergent on product and continue to rinse. If powder is used this more often than not marks the clothes and does not dissolve properly. Very disappointed with this product.
