Very easy to set up, easy to follow instructions from the disc. Does everything it says on the box with simplicity. Prints, scans and copies are all of good quality.

It is slow at printing things from time hitting the print icon to the printed page, otherwise it churns it out quickly when the printers cogs are in motion. I haven't yet seen the Lexmark cartridges, 2 & 3, in any shops yet so loking like mail order is the forced option rather than the chosen one.

The cartridges are expensive and they run out quickly

quick and easy to set up with different operating systems. i have xp, vista and mac all 3 now using this printer without any issue.

for the money paid against comparitive products none. 1 point of note if you use the wireless features then connect through a cable this will cause further wireless printing to fail (this may be common across all wireless printers though) you have to amend set ups then which isn't easy if you don't know what you need to look for however the online chat support offered by lexmark i found to be good.

Almost impossible to connect to a network, instructions are very poor.

Very good quality print-outs,...exceptional value and depth of color in prints is very good....overall speed of printing is good and looks of unit are excellent!!!

None really only bundled -kit of card makin kit not essentiential when unit is present for husband ...something "manly" instead please, also on start -up of printing, crankin sound a bit annoying but soon dissapears and thats it really

Very easy to set up. Just follow the supplied disc instructions and every thing you need from inserting the cartridges to connecting wirelessly is shown step by step, even with little animated demo's. Excellant.

There is a known bug that means it will not scan wirelessly. This is a ridiculous bug and as such I could never recommend this as an all in one solution.

Works wirelessly and can be accessed by desk pc or laptop - wherever laptop is in the house. Easy to change inks; and not as expensive to replace as HP (its predecessor)

Infuriating software reminders from Lexmark - mainly trying to sell me more ink); and irritating voiceover telling of the progress of printing. It's probably possible to disable these points, but I haven't yet found out how!

I chose this printer because it is wireless and good value for money.

The only criticism I have of this printer is that it is very slow.

'Ink running out' warning comes too early and disturbs during printing work

The supplied Ink cartridges had dried out, being new to Lexmark it took me a while to realise the repeated setup instruction:- to remove the tape covering the inkjet contacts did not apply.

Fast print

Have not yet succeeded in setting it up to work wirelessly with my laptop. Uses a lot of ink, which is not easy to find.
