+ Very simple to use - connected to 2 pc's on the first day. Fast reliable, looks nice too. Doesn't take up too much space.
- Haven't found any so far - it's possible the replacement ink might be quite pricey, but even then it only needs 2 cartridges - 1 b&w and 1 colour

+ If using a wirless network, then this is a decent resource. Easy to install, easy to print.
- It is an inkjet printer, which means no matter how reserved you are with the ink it does go through it like crazy.

+ THIS PRINTER IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER PURCHASED, IT IS FAST AND DOESN'T TAKE MORE THAN ONE SHEET THROUGH AT A TIME LIKE OTHER PRINTERS. IT IS SMALL AND COMPACT AND DOESN'T TAKE UP TOO MUCH ROOM AND VERY QUIET. IT WAS QUICK TO SET UP. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO ANYONE BUYING A NEW ONE.

+ Installation instructions were very straight forward and easy to use.
- The printer could not detect our WiFi signal and so has had to have a cable attachment to my PC. This defeats the object of the exercise, I had wanted a wireless connection
