+ Previously had a dyson so was concerned the suction wouldn't be as good but it's brillant.

- This particular model hasn't come with an attachment for the stairs but have used the pet hair remover attachment which has been good so overall it hasn't been too much of a problem

+ The hose is long enough to reach the top of the stairs in one go without overstretching it. It is very effective at picking up . Very pleased with the price and efficiency.

- It is very heavy, and quite noisy, but well worth putting up with just these few minor issues.

+ Easy to use, pick up great. Good on hard floors and carpets.

- can't think of anything bad to say about the appliance

+ Well, it is a good vacuum. It looks ok and more importantly really does clean.

- Noisy, the turbo tool has no on-board storage place and it is made for a price point. So feels a little cheap.

+ Good suction on different surfaces. Decent length of hose when vacuuming stairs. Good value for money and would recommend.

- Power lead on wrong side and would be better located on left side of machine.
Also quite heavy - have to get hubby to take upstairs!

+ good suction.. does'nt fade. little turbo brush, brilliant for cleaning pet hair of the suite. and good for stairs. you can whizz up those in a flash, or down if you prefer. overall, very good. my last vacuum died the week b4, and that was no slouch. so I was amazed at how much this one picked up.

- have'nt really found any yet. but give it time i'm sure i can come up with something....maybe not....

- Cable slightly short. High-pitched whistle when operating. Nowhere to store the pet hair attachment.
