Very quiet. Easy to use with intuitive controls. Lots fo great features like calculating load weight and amount of detergent required.

It's expensive! But it is guaranteed for 10 years and supposed to last for much longer but I can't comment on that yet.

our experience with miele has always been good

you have to make sure you dry out the drum well otherwise it molds and then later smells. specifically i am referring to the plastic/rubber edges near the door.

Very easy to use (controls need no explanation). It is quiet, and cleans clothes beautifully. The fact that the drum lights up when you put clothes in or take them out is also a nice feature

Lots of features which are relatively easy to access and use and the machine is very quiet. Oozes quality. I was going to put 'Its pretty heavy' in the bad points but actually I really like the solidity of the unit, and the weight training I had to do to get it in the right position did me good (I think).

Being really picky - for us it would have been better if the door opened right to left rather than left to right.

It's really quiet, it tells me how much detergent to use, its got a light inside... I could go on and on. I love doing the washing now!

This washing machine is the best we have ever owned. It is extremely quiet with a good choice of programmes and very easy to use. The express programme is particularly useful - only 30 minutes from start to finish and gives a good result on most types of laundry - very eco-friendly!

The only criticism is that the start-up instructions are a bit buried in the instruction book and we only discovered a couple of things we should have done after we started using it. On some programmes the spin is not quite as good as on others but there is a separate spin function so a wash can always been given another spin if its not dry enough.

Simply a very high quality product that works extremely well. Very quiet in operation and as you would expect it washes well. It gives you the feeling it knows what it is doing

Some may be put off by the solid traditional looks, no flashy brushed stainless steel or unnecessary blinking lights, but don't be fooled by its outer skin it's every bit as technically advanced as the others, if not more so.

This is the Rolls Royce of washing machines. Spectacular wash results and, being a man, I spend hours just watching, and listening to the effortless, near silent machine doing its thing. The 30 minute express wash is as good as any full wash I've had with other machines and the 1600rpm spin seems to wring out better than any other 1600 machine. Would recommend it to anyone, its an investment.

Superb quality, quiet efficient

This washing machine has turned out to be an excellent buy, even though a bit expensive, bearing in mind I will probably only use a handful of the variety of features (but that's just me). However, that said 2 features in particular are a great improvement on my last machine (a Zanussi which lasted 21 years!). (1) Knowing how long there is left in the cycle, i.e. count down time, is brilliant for knowing how long to hang out on line, and (2) The noise, or rather lack of noise, when it spins is outstanding. Hardly know it is spinning, in fact sometimes I've had to check if it spun at all.

Mostly the cost, still rather an expensive purchase, considering most families have a washing machine out of necessity these days, can't think they wont sell them, so probably I've paid for the brand name, however the technical improvement regarding the quiet spinning may have something to do with it.

Excellent machine. Quiet and extremely efficient, as it calculates how much water, detergent and washing time is required, depending on what has been placed in the drum. It also allows you to run a cold water wash, which has been invaluable for washing items that would normally need dry cleaning, like sofa cushion covers, silk and woollen jackets. Well worth the investment, and if it lasts 20 years, like my last washing machine, it will work out cheaper than buying a new one every few years.

Superb washing results time after time. I love the traditional style and the features of the machine. 10 year guarantee is a big bonus. You get what you pay for. Miele's reputation is richly deserved.

The " Modus Operandi" takes a bit of getting used too: Switch on -Select programme - Load drum - Add detergent - START. After cycle is completed the order is as follows: Open door - Remove laundry - Programme selector to Stop - Switch off - Close door. Nevertheless, it still gets Ten from me.

Super quiet, really quick and bullet proof

It is so quiet when washing that I have to go and check that it is still working. It is virtually vibration free, unlike our previous Bosch machine that bounced around the floor. Works extremely well on the 30 minute wash and spin cycle therefore very energy efficient.

Some programmes are time consuming to set up requiring constant reference to the manual. No doubt it will speed up in time with familiarity. Some programmes take a long time to go through their cycles.

Depth of machine is slimmer than regular washing machines however this does not compromise the drum size in any way. Read instructions first very easy to use thereafter. Noise was my big concern and this machine can not be heard in fact you would not know it was even on. Can't praise it enough excellent buy would reccommend highly.

Fantastic washing machine, if I could rate the noise higher then 10/10 I would, it is that quiet you can't even hear it when it is spinning. Brilliant all round machine, and even though it is expensive with the free 10 year guarantee it is more then worth the money. In 15-20 years time when I need to replace this washer I will definately be buying another one.

It is the quietest washing machine I have ever had. Good that you can set the clock to time the loads. Good variety of programmes.

Love the internal drum light and the digital time indicator. Just love it. This washing machine was recommended to me by a friend and it has not failed to impress - it sounds sad but I LOVE my new washing machine!!!!

Very easy to understand controls, and lots of variations to the wash regarding temperature and spin speeds. Very quiet when running and economical with washing powder only using whats required. Overall very plleased with the machine.

Super Quiet Machine, nice design, fairly easy to operate (read the manual), light on door opening is really cute feature!. Washing comes out almost dry, so less time in Dryer. Really pleased so far.

It's so fantastically quiet my dogs lie down and sleep next to it. It's efficient and does a great job of washing. It has programmes to cope with everything from the dogs beds to the rugby strips and my most precious clothes. My son loves the way it lights up.

I cannot fault this machine, it exudes quality, efficiency, quietness and is value for money. My research indicates it as the leading make for reliability.

So quiet, highly configurable and with reasonable duration of wash cycles, it's an order of magnitude better than the washing machine it replaced.

The pre-wash adds a quite of bit of time and not as much water as I would have liked for this type of cycle

It washes excellently on all programmes. Has a high, but quiet, spin speed that gets the washing really dry. This machine is full of good features combined with a very good build quality.

It has a noisey pump, but this is the only poor point the machine has, so not so bad really.

Solid build and very quiet. Has child lock which is good, as the many buttons are a great attraction for small fingers! This design has a flat control front and although not as "funky" looking as the modern styled Miele machines, it fits perfectly under a counter and is easily operated. The machine tells you when the load is at 100%, which stops you from overloading the drum. The washing performance is excellent. The price reflects the solid German build.

had my last machine 12years now my sister has it. she said she has never had such clean washing. of coarse it was the sister model of the wsp 3922.so i know that the wsp3922is improved has excelent specifications and so easy to use superb

Exceptionally quiet machine, does what it says, washes well and takes a large load. It has features for cleaning and proofing waterproofs and is quite adaptable.

Slightly larger than other Miele models, so it can be a tight fit. Our previous Miele W754 could be manually overidden at all times so we have lost a little control; it is also very heavy to move.
