+ design

- ring tone not very loud

+ Its slim, good looking, has good features and bluetooth is fast and efficient. Your can customise it to your own style and the camera is excellent.

- It has awful battery life - lasts only a day or so before it just gives up on you - Im having to charge it nearly every day, which Iv never had to do with any other phone - and once the battery life drops to one bar, you've probably only got an hour left - the bars are a poor indicator really. The internal memory is poor, I can only store about 10 songs and 10 pictures before the memory is full.

- Sometimes the touch screen is over sensitive.
Signal not good but that may be the area I live in.
Instructions not clear or easy to follow, had to find things by trial and error.

- When sending a text message you have to wait till the text has been sent to close the phone.

- rubbish battery life. Alarm doesn't work in silent mode, can't silence in-coming calls.

- touch pad gets pressed to many times by mistake,predictive text wont switch off unless u hold star key b4 u text,not the easiest phone to use from the word go takes a while to figure it out or am i being thick.

+ this phone is slim and has all the functions you would want.

- signal is hard to get it is useless in most places where my old phones and other peoples phone have good signal. Also when you slide phone open to answer if you accidently touch the screen it cuts people off.

- The message sending to multiple people is tedious, my old Samsung I could just tick the ones I wanted, unless I'm doing it doing it wrong. Also, in the adverts it has a nice screen saver with the clock in the circle - try as I might - I can't find that either.

- no matter how often i charge it, it seems to have a poor battery life!

+ Looks great, w good personalization features. Bugs from earlier models are fixed (dodgy shortcuts, no mp3 message tone etc etc). Works as a phone (calling and text easy)

- Takes ages to set up camera (default settings are terrible), and the internet is very slow (even in high signal area's ) with things like maps etc not loading well at all.

- everything tries to connect you to the internet constantly,which is annoying and would cost a lot of money.

+ Easy to use, takes a while to get used to the touch pad but does become easier with continued use. The battery life so far seems good and the camera and the sound (when playing music) are both really good quality.

- Some the features on previous Samsungs are unavailable. The sound quality when speaking on the phone isn't always great.

- touch screen: if you have big fingers you will find it difficult to use the touch screen;
text messaging: it is very annoying that txt messaging is set to T9 mode by default. I do not use T9 when texting and it takes forever to switch to normal input mode each time I text.

- if you use predictive text regularly and type in what you think is predictive when on non-predictive, when you go back to predictive the 'nonsense' words you typed in will come up as first option - eg the comes up as tgd.

- screen too sensetive even on low setting, often going into unwanted menus, which can them take some time to get out of and back into the right one. Also limited short cuts. Personally i much prefer the W850i, which i had before.

+ It looks very nice, its small and compact. The 5 pixel camera is excellent. You can download and listen to your tunes and it has a built in radio which is great !!

- The only problem I have with the phone, is that, because it has a small touch pad, if you even gently touch it by accident, you could be texting or emailing someone you dont want to !! It is very touch sensitive.

+ i like the samsung soul due to its size, it fits nicely into my hand.

- I dont like how you can only send a group text to 10 numbers at a time. I also find that I accidently send an SMS when I actually want to correct something (This is a direct result of the Most frequently used options being far too sensetive- they should ask you - is this what you want? before they execute these commands

+ The phone just looks good. The added touch with the vibrating keypad was a really good idea.

good feel to the slide and a good system that moves failed texts to the outbox

- the touch pad looks cool but i'm afraid it's not easy to use in a rush
battery life is atrocious
and the whole thing runs really slowly... opening a new text from the main screen takes a good 3 - 4 seconds :(

- it keep switching itself off when i close it its not loud i cant choose a message tone for it and it only rings 5 times then clicks into the answer phone
