+ Battery life is very good

- The hotsync plug is of a poorer design than the tungsten E (my previous PDS) since it is a unique plug rather than the uniform mini UBS plug.

Still having problems with down loading soft ware and managing my memory, I do not seem to be able to erase all the extraneous programmes which I do not need, such as Bleutooth,Dialer etc

+ Use and operation very similar to earlier Palm models, but incorporating subtle and useful additional functionality.

- Not compatible with M and T series cradles so will need to replace extras if you use more than one. Requires reinstall of synch software on PC if upgrading from T2, and if you use Chapura Pro you need to purchase upgrade.

A good replacement for the T2 once you have sorted out any problems with data transfer and synchronisation.

+ Very good battery life I can go almost two weeks on one charge. Bluetooth is a nice feature. You don't loose your data if the battery does go flat.

- Personal Information Manager for your computer is not very pretty.

Lots of free or very cheap software available on line. Supports Windows and (more importantly) Apple Macs.

+ Solid product - not a fragile screen as on a Fujitsu/Seimens LOOX which broke after 7 months. Battery life also good(nearly a week of normal use) unlike above product which needed charging every other day.

+ Good battery life, good bright screen, easy to transfer all old info on to this new model. Better scrolling facility on spreadsheet than older model.

- Screen cover flips open down the left side rather than flipping from the top (as on my old model), which makes it more awkward to use for left handed people.

+ An excellent product. My first PDA and I wanted something user friendly, easy to sync with my computer and lightweight to carry around. Lots of room for personalising and customising to suit your own needs. Easy to use one-handed. So much better than lugging around diaries and notepads. I'm very impressed.

- Battery life seems to be decreasing fairly quickly. A bit complicated to customise, but you get there in the end. The manual (pdf) is OK but some basic questions are missed out I still can't find where it puts the 'memos' on my computer when I sync the two.
