+ Powerful, easy to use, simple instructions
- Following a power cut it automatically goes into "Demo" mode, you'll have to hunt through the manual to find out how to put it in "normal" mode. This instruction should be on the first page. Only one, poorly postioned, internal bulb means that the cooking area always looks as though it's in twilight. Needs two bulbs.

+ I have had a Panasonic before which was brilliant and that is why I purchased another one with which I am completely satisfied. The bonus to me, after the nightmare of a stainless steel interior which was so difficult to get clean, is that this model has an enamel interior which is so easy to keep clean. With care, if fat splashes get burned on during cooking, I know I can use, if necessary, most oven cleaning products to remove them. Unlike the stainless steel where the only Astonish product suitable for this type of interior was totally useless, as was bowels of water, wet dish cloths and all the other recommendations given to me. I could not remove the splashes what ever I did without damaging the lining and impairing the operation of the oven.
- There are no bad points.

+ Wide range of convection temperatures. Many alternatives don't go above 200C.

+ A constant temperature has improved my cooking immeasurably. When it heats to -e.g. 200c it stays there and the food is cooked by the time stated in the recipe or on the packet. It is large enough for a good sized family roast or casserole or pie. The extra shelf enables 2 foods to be cooked at the same time.
- It needs too much work-top space in our small kitchen - slightly too deep, and needs space above it, which is tricky with cupboards above. The wire shelf points upwards at both ends which makes removal of certain dishes difficult without spillage. My model does not have self-cleaning shelves. It would be good to have another shelf level or round shelf height.

+ Very powerful, lots of functions, easy to use, clear menu buttons. Good value for money overall.
- The overhead heating element inside the machine makes it difficult to clean, so do the grooved side walls.

+ This oven does all that two people need and is easy to use, it is easy to keep clean and looks attractive. It may seem more expensive at the start but you get what you pay for and it does everything you could wish from a cooker, microwave and grill and is superb value for money. Therefore we give it 10/10.

+ It heats milk eventually
- It takes ages to do anything. It does not do a 40 degree heat, it is underpowered. It has ruined all the meals we have tried to do so far.

+ Easy to use especially on auto programmes. Very fast microwave.
- The way the glass plate has to be located on rollers.

+ This is the best appliance I have ever purchased. it cooks everything that I have tried perfectly. I love the auto sensor functions. For perfect jacket potatoes, wash, prick the skins and place in the oven, push two buttons and let the oven worry about the rest. The oven even beeps to remind you to turn or stir food half way through. This is the perfect oven for people like me who can't cook. I have got perfect results with this product. The book that comes with the oven is very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this oven to everyone.
- None that I have found so far

+ A Good Buy. Purchased to replace a defunct combination microwave from another manufacturer. The Panasonic is proving to be delightfully easy to use.... It works extremley well, but, you will need to read and follow the well laid out instruction book.
- Poorly illuminated LED readout panel...on a sunny day almost unreadable, so needs careful positioning.

+ Very versatile and good value
- Some parts feel a little cheap - eg the metal turntable. Instructions take a bit of getting used to, some of the suggestions for how to cook food are wrong.

+ Excellent Price for what the specification.
- The instructions are in the machine. The door is closed via tape underneath the machine and it is easy not to see this. When you switch on the machine it ends up being locked because one is scared of pulling on the door if unaware that it is "locked" from below. So when it says Use the instructions to unlock the machine you cannot find them as they are in the machine itself !!!

Sheelagh, Hitchin, Herts, “Disabled. Practical. Economical.”
+ It meets all the needs of someone who doesn't have a conventional cooker. The automatic facilities are fantastic and so easy to use.
- It should have been supplied with a second oven shelf - especially needed when baking. It would be nice to have a choice as to which way the door opened.

+ Easy to use with lots of different functions. Convection oven heats to 250 and it has two different types of trays which slot in, so easy to cook large amount. Enamel lining means it's easy to clean.
- The round metal tray that comes with the microwave is a bit too big and scrapes as it rotates so am unable to use it. The round racks cannot be used during microwaving, which you could with my previous Sharp. I would have liked the microwave to be a little wider (like the other model they do) as I've found a few trays now don't rotate and to have had a quartz grill instead of radiant.

+ Very versatile, and easy to clean. Reheats and cooks evenly on the whole. 'Chaos defrost' seems to work well.
- Baked potatoes turn out rather wrinkly.

+ Very versatile - as a couple we use this exclusively instead of our oven, it's very fast to heat up and the combination programs work very well. Auto-cook programs are also great. Tough enamel interior is easy to clean and sturdy racks and trays are included - some manufacturers skimp on the accessories. The included manual is comprehensive, even the recipes are good ! Made in Britain.
- Polystyrene in the packaging.

Alicia, Market Harborough
+ easy to understand instructions efficient energy user goods results every time like the fact that you can cut cooking time without spoiling the quality of the food
- don't like the black keypad - we had a panasonic genius before with a white keypad which is much easier to see. Although I do prefer the fact that you have buttons on this model instead of a touchpad That's the only minus really I can think of

+ A very well made product.
- 1 The design is very deep, so it has to be well forward on the work top. The product in my view would be better if wider to accomodate the inner kit and less deep. 2 The controls are a bit "fussy"

+ very reliable brand
- not all foods can be cooked on auto sensor, and no provision for cooking frozen vegetables on auto sensor like our previous "Genious" did.

Margaret, Ipswich
+ I use this product in place of my normal oven when only needing to cook a single item. On a Sunday when cooking a roast dinner it provides another oven. Also good for quick, crispy jacket potatoes
- My only criticism would be that the oven size is not a big as the Panasonic Combination oven that I had owned for a number of years and this one replaced

+ looks good on the worksurface - plenty of room in the microwave for dishes etc - good for Avid users of combi's
- Its too dark inside to see what is going on - it could have either had a brighter lamp or a whiter finish inside to reflect the light - the front panel is also a bit dark to see the controls etc

- With todays pressure on saving energy it should be possible to turn "standby" to off from the front panel (unit housed in unit) and maintain clock settings etc................

Chris, Mold
+ Neat design, very good conventional oven (superb cakes!) Easy to use. Well made
- Low microwave output. Rated by Panasonic at 1000W it seems that they calculate the output in a different manner to other manufacturers. This means that comparison with most makes shows it is really equivalent to about 800W.
The different microwave output calculation system is misleading and not satisfactory. Despite this the machine is well made and I would not wish to change it for another.

- Complicated controls though this is a standard 90min tinmer would benefit from longer timer.
