The first and the foremost good point about this model is that its incredibly simple to operate this microwave. It won't take you more than 5 minutes to get hands on this microwave. Though there are many features in this model of, I haven't used them yet. I am primarily using it for heating my food. The simplicity of its functions (buttons) are the ones I liked the most. For e.g. there are 2 separate buttons to set the time for which you want to heat the food. They are 10 Seconds button & 1 Minute button. Lets say if you want to heat the food for 30 seconds, just press the 10 Seconds 3 times. Or if you want to set the timer to 1 minute and 40 seconds, press 1 minute button once & then 10 seconds button 4 times. Thats it !! I have used a couple of other brands' microwave in the past. It was never a simple task to heat the food on these models of microwave. I was able to heat the food only after fiddling with the different functions on them. In a nutshell, its the best micorwave I have ever come across. Go and buy with confidence. You won't regret your decision.

Excellent microwave. Very easy to keep clean - no loose "piece of cardboard" on the right hand side. I bought it on my son's recommendation as he has had his for 4 years, used it on a daily basis and it is still in excellent condition.

Nice compact design, ideal if you've only got a small kitchen. Only just bought it, so too soon to tell if it is reliable or not .

No good points - totally outweighed by the bad points

So noisy it is unbearable. Apart from the noise of the fan which is loud the whole of the casing rattles and whines when running - it is far noisier than my dishwasher. I upgraded to a Panasonic from a cheaper make due mainly to the name, what a mistake. I have 3 other domestic microwave in work non of them top brands but are all silent in comparison to the Panasonic. I really wish I hadn't dumped my old micro I would gladly swap!

Design of glass plate does not seem to be that good as feel it needs more of a groove in the actual plate as it keeps on slipping when in use and as a consequence does not always turn round.

The microwave is compact which is what we wanted. Good value for money. Design is easy to use and understand.

Very noisy compared to other panosonic microwaves I've bought in the past.

Exactly what you want in a small, uncomplicated microwave. Bought for my mother who has been disabled by a stroke - she loves it.

The 'ping' at the end of heating is a little loud. The clock (time) is 12hr not 24hr and is not easy to reset.

You can only see the power level before you start cooking; so if you want to check part way through cooking it's not possible.
