+ does what it's supposed to! Like being able to grill.

- Door eject button sometimes sticks / doesn't work properly. Grill could fit more securely on to turntable plate

+ looks good and is compact but also has more than adequate power.

- nothing really as it performs and looks as described; 5 beeps is a bit annoying though!

+ Design looks good and it is very good value for money. It is also easy to use.

- The 'glass' plate inside the microwave that you put the food on - it often slips off the grooves that it is supposed to sit on. And then the plate stops turning around and the food does not get heated/cooked as it should in a microwave!!

+ Very even heating of food and clear instructions. The grill is good although a bit slow though this has meant we haven't burnt anything. It is a compact size.

- The grill rack is a bit flimsy and doesn't fit easily on the microwave plate which is annoying.

- Plate can easily slip off the roller if not properly centralized. This is critical. The plate could be heavier and the roller mechanism could do with some improvement.

+ It seems to cook to a good level. Ie the food is cooked in the correct amount of time.

- It is alot smaller than i thought, and many items can not fit in it. The door already ahs problems. It sticks when you push the release button so you have to manually open the door. It gets very hot on the outside It makes a very loud noise in comparison to our previous panasonic microwave
