+ Great microwave everything cooks well, the grill combination for jacket potatoes is good and the panacrunch pan works well. Very pleased with my buy.

- The controls are a bit fiddly. Took a while to work out how to use it..read the manual and you'll be fine.

+ Does all I want it to do - The extra gril is helpful when the oven is in use

- Turntable freequently jams in one position

+ * Looks great and works even better. * The retractable knobs are also a nice design feature. * Chaos Defrost is amazing although you need to tweak the weights for some products. * Interior proportions are perfect;it fits our large plates and high items. * A built fan vents moisture which helps keep the interior clean; it's a bit noisy at night but no more than other kitchen items.

- Vent is at the top which is logical but a pain if you want to put something else on top or in a cabinet space.

- It is a good product - because it is very light it needs to be placed against a firm back. On reflection for our requirement we would only buy a unit with a handle to open the door next time.

+ size, controls, looks, programmes

- time intervals cannot be 1 second at lower times or 5/10 seconds for longer times

+ Well designed, stylish and easy to use. Nice large volume dial and clear display. USB stick playback very useful.

- MP3 playback doesn't display ID3 tags on screen, just the filename. Can't fast forward or rewind MP3 tracks. Slight irritating background hiss during quiet parts of music, especially with USB playback.

+ My main reason for buying this microwave was that I read the Which mag and they said it cooked jacket pototos well. This it does brilliantly. The pizza pan is fantastic. It has done everything I have asked of it.

+ The 'chaos defrost' is the best I've ever used. The digital manual time selector is very flexible. I was able to use it's basic functions without reading the manual.... that's how user friendly it is.

+ Touch controls are simple to understand and easy to use. Insruction manual is clearly written. Unit heats food very quickly.

- The vent on the top of the unit, although necessary to keep it cool, is ugly.

+ It has lots of different functions. The defrost function is great. It heats up food quickley and evenly.

- When you defrost something without weight, it can be difficult to guess and can then start to cook the food. But I don't think we could do anything to help that!!!
