+ We have the TV positioned on the window cill of our conservatory and the mainly white with silver trim compliments the white upvc. The sound range is extremely good and the picture quality is excellent, even viewed at an angle.

- The only thing that lets this TV design down is the fact that it hasn't got a swivel facilty on its base. Having said that we would still recommend it.

+ The colour -White- and the general design, the manual is very good also many helpful items on the TV menu. It has both digital and analogue. One of the deciding factors in purchasing it was the Philips brand.

- It requires a reasonably strong signal on digital but no problem with a normal aerial

+ Compared with others of this size, it has much better sound and a high quality picture. Fits neatly on a wall bracket in the kitchen and, being white, isn't too obtrusive.

- None as yet found.

+ Nice looking set with lovely rich sound. Picture is very good for the price. Colours very natural. A good quality tv from an excellent manufacturer.

- The stand does not allow the screen to be tilted forward or back which is important if it is cannot be used with an adjustable wall bracket. Philips should look at a new iMac to see how it should be done. Viewing from too low or high an angle weakens the strength of the colours particularly in the shadows, but on the whole permitted viewing angles are more generous than bargain basement tv's.
