+ Excellent build quality, very sturdy, smooth and steady arm. I have my TV flat on the wall when not in use and out at almost a right angle when viewing it from the sofa - this bracket seems to be the only mass produced high quality option to do this. And it does it very well!
- Very large and heavy - just a bit smaller than a 40" TV. The back of the TV stands about 4" from the wall, when the TV is flat against the wall you may still see the bracket behind the TV from some angles. This does not prevent the bracket from being an excellent purchase.

+ Have faith that it wont drop off the wall, very well built and good workmanship. Would definately but another.
- Bit messing around to tilt etc but once in position, its great.

+ Well engineered product, excellent quality if a little bulky
- The lock mechanism behind the screen mount doesnt work if you use a screen with a vesa 200 mount. The two thumbscrews underneath the lock mechanism catch on the screen mounts.

+ solid construction - excellent range of movement. I have a heavy 50 inch plasma that can be fully extended from the wall and swung 90 degrees in both directions (180 degrees in total
- I found it a little bit awkward to put up, but I was doing it on my own and it says in the instructions that it is a two man job

+ Very Strong and really well manufactured. High quality product. Excellent tilt and swing. Would hold an Elephant!
- Needs two people to install. Does not come with suitable fixing instructions for brickwall/cavity wall. Is an American product so fixing instructions apply to fixing to wooden studs only.

+ Sensible design, the main double arm avoids any flexing. The product is well thought out and well built. Looks OK. Very comprehensive kit of all possible parts covering all TVs.
- The short arm is quite stiff and difficult to move

+ This is a great product. It is solid and you know that it is fit for purpose. It came with very comprehensive instructions, as well as with a multitude of screws, nuts and bolts.
- The plastic inserts which cover the holes that allow the cables to be fed within the frame could be replaced with brushes. As I found that once the cables are fed through the holes, the gap not taken up by the cables (especially if you have thin cable) in terms of asthetics is not great. Also the instructions could suggest how to fix the wall bracket to a brick wall.

+ A very sturdy bracket, well equiped to take the weight of a 42" screen.
- Expensive and can be a bit stiff when folding the television back against the wall. An excellent selection of bolts and fasteners are supplied but none of which are suitable for securing the bracket to a brick wall.

+ Very impressively engineered piece of kit
- Blummin heavy, took some experienced guys several hourse (had to epoxy the holes in the wall, but they were over 100yrs old and a bit crumbly!!)

+ THE UNIT IS WELL MADE AND CONSTRUCTED DOES WHAT IT SPECIFIES LOOKS GOOD
- UNIT IS HEAVY BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FOR SOMETHING SO WELL MADE

David, Monmouth
+ cable access through frame and double extension
- fixing instructions talk about stud's in the wall only, making the assumption it is to be fixed to a stud partion wall.! I imagine most walls to be stone! I had to change the screws and replace them with coach screws.

+ Really looks a exceptionally well built piece of Kit .It complements the telly and adds a bit of top class proffesionalism to the install. I have been really pleased with this item since i unwrapped it .The accessorys with it are also top notch (additional screws and spacers etc) The price compared to other manufacturers was excellent too.
- None that I could really say other than its heavy for one person to lift but thats because its built properly and for the right application

+ the quality and strength of it, flexibility of the angles it can move to.
- heavy to install...needs 2 people
30 Jan 2008
Stee, Scunthorpe
+ Certainly fit for purpose, sturdy construction and with every conceivable spacer/washer/bolt to ensure compatibility with any TV manufacturer and even a miniature spirit level. Paper template made positioning and drilling wall straightforward. Instructions easy to follow. Would recommend 2nd person to assist when lifting TV onto mount.
- Comes with fixings for screwing into wood (stud walls) but in the UK, would be helpful to be supplied with anchor bolts. Tightening the tilt adjuster with long reach socket (as supplied) - socket became trapped against frame and difficult to remove.

+ Excellent design and build, very strong and flexible
- Installation instructions were unclear/conflicting. I did e-mail a query but never received a response. In the end I made my own changes to where the holes should be drilled and everything worked fine from there on. Also I have not yet found a way to effectively use the "in bracket" cable channels

+ Fantastic build quality. Smooth movement motion. Does all I want it to do and some.
- Being made to suit many TV's, there were loads of spare installation parts which lead to some confusion when installing.
