+ this product is very stylish. it is easy to use (for anyone used LED display microwave) i found the user guide adequate. i had not used a micro/grill before & i had to spend some time experimenting but that is only to be expected. i like this product a lot & i was pleased to find a trusted name as well.
- the only minus i can find is the timer. On certain functions e.g. reheat, the timer is set for a minimum of 2mins, i would prefer to able to choose the timing myself.

+ Grill/combi function is useful
- The oven is noisy, even when not in use - there is a constant humming noise whenever the device is plugged into the mains. The controls are somewhat difficult to get to grips with, and the whole product feels very cheaply made.

+ It is a high quality product and and does what you want. I have not yet explored all the options but the instructions do not seem too complicated. The 'combination' of Microwave and grill is very good and is good for cooking steak.
