Samsung NV3

+ I primarily purchased this camera as a compact video camera! The highest resolution is delivered at 20fps unlike some cameras which boast 1024x768 at 15fps which to my mind is a pain to watch. Also unlike other cameras the sound is not muted when you use the optical zoom. Overall the video is in a different league from anything I’ve seen from any mobile phone and you can record for hours if you have a 2G card. Yes the pictures rarely disappoint and the macro mode can produce some stunning images. Perhaps the biggest surprise to me was how much I listen to MP3 through its tiny speakers. Its surprisingly heavy for it's size but I love it to bits!

- If you want to play video from another source you must use the very limited video compression software to convert it to a proprietary format.

+ A perfect present for my bf who hasn't had a digitial camera before. The sytlish slim features caught my eye, and the balck and blue style is eye catching and enough to make all his mates green with jealousy!! The tiny camera holds 7.2 mega pixel's therefore giving it an amazing picture quality and the screen size is awesome! The camera bursts with many functions and there is plenty to do, the most amazing feature, which most camera's don't have is an MP3 player!! Don't call this a digital camera, it's known as the one off time piece in modern technology!!

- unfortunalty, battery life is not very long, which means charging time takes a while and it;s not very ideal for a happy snapper!! and also, it would be good to provide a little leather protective cover for the camera, you want to keep it in prestine condition!!!

+ Brilliant camera very easy to use but takes very high quality images and has all the functionalities of an SLR and digital camera combined. have already brought 3 more for friends and family.

- The picture isn't taken instantly - the delay is probably only a few seconds but sometimes thats enough to miss the subject! you can work round this by composing the shot beforehand and half pressing the button.

+ An excellent camera all round - looks great and is great.

- All non-photographic features are a complete waste of time, but as the camera is still competitively priced this does not matter -simply don't use them.

+ easy 'point and shoot' features. video and MP3 players are a true bonus, as is the text viewer.

+ Excellent camera very good images, lots of modes and menus to play with, althuogh AUTO seems to work fine for most occasions, easily fits in your pocket, easy to use, looks good and feels solid, mp3 player very good with earphones supplied, video capture good at 25fps, good image with large LCD screen even in the sun. Great camera just what I wanted and at a good price.

- The flash is a bit weak for anything other than portrait shots. It's not really a bad point but you will need a fast SD card.

+ It Has An amazing mp3 player built in, very good picture quality and extremely stylish i am 16 and it is a perfect camera for me!

+ This camera is great for taking on a night out as it is small and looks great. The picture quality is great and you can use it at night or day and in clubs or pubs and still get good sharp pictures. The macro is brilliant to!

- It's takes a while to figure everything out and you have to tell everyone that it takes two flashes so that they don't move after the first!

+ Its smart, light weight, good quality pics and videos, easy to use, easy to carry around. The fact that it has a rechargable battery is handy and its easy to transfer stuff to the computer from the camera.

+ I BOUGHT THIS CAMERA FOR MY 12 YEAR OLD SON, IT IS REALLY EASY TO USE, THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD. IT'S COMPACT AND THE MP3 IS A GREAT BONUS!

+ all the new technology function that you expect you can find it under one roof. Image quality is very nice and also the video quality is superb. I even try video in very poor light condition still it produced the best quality video which is one unique quality in it. Bettary does last long enough to cover you small function at any time. Easy to use and packs of features.

- The only one bad point that i can see about it that sometimes it produces too much red eye effects though your red eye reduction function is on. But still at the price and the quality it gives is the best.

+ The product is a very stylish with a large screen so you can clearly see how good your pictures are. It is very easy to use, they are so many good features that it is hard to remember them all. It provide good picture. The video quality is as good as many camcorders on the market right now, therefore less things to carry on your holidays. Also the samsung nv3 is very slim which make it easier to fit in most handbags or even pockets.
