Samsung F210 Swivel mobile phone handset reviews and tariffs

+ I picked this phone as I liked the look of it and its so small it can fit in my pocket or small handbags.

- The battery lasts no time at all even if I havent used the phone at all that day its still flat by the end of the day.

+ its small and neet and i can use it just like an mp3 player and with the extra leads given i can play it in my car too

- the ring tone volume is very low and it is quite hard to open sometimes to me it is the wrong way round.

+ nice and small easy to text, looks good,

- battery lasts about a day which is fine but if your caught without a charger...
the sound is not very loud

- Too small keypad/screen, not loud enough (ringtone), can't set own msg tones, no option to have it vibrate AND ring at same time, battery life is poor

+ The phone is small and compact and easy to use. It has a small memory card to store and save MP3 files as well as photoraphs. The music sound is very good and I canattach my own headphones with an adapter. T

- The writing on the screen is a bit small; I sometimes have trouble reading it without the use of my glasses. The front often swings open when the phone is in my pocket or my bag.

- i think this phone is brillant the only 2 things i dont like are,the fact u cant have a screen savers on,jus the music screen comes on wen u close it and the message tone,u cant change it to a music tune u just have to have one of the phones message tones.

- The phone never stays closed, always swivels when in your pocket.
Took ages to connect it to the computer.
When looking to download ringtones, this model of phone does not appear.

+ it looks good, is fast for texting, great for music, and texting with one hand is now easy

- When you turn you phone off it erases the music on the phone. the camera has no focus so its very hard to take a non-blury picturee

- the only really bad point is that after you have swiveled the phone a few times it becomes loose and sometimes you get cut off during a coversation beacause the phone closes!

- Got really frustrated when text messaging and I text A LOT. This, however, could just be that it's because I'm used to Nokia phones and their format for texting. I also take a lot of pictuers with my phone and I did find the screen too small (also applies to texts as well). It's not a bad phone and I probably just made the wrong choice in purchasing this one for my particular needs. I don't listen to music on my mobile and I think this is probably a great phone for that very thing if that's what you'er looking for.

- Need to recharge every night if you use the music player a lot. Havn't worked out how to get rid of little voicemail symbol. Sometimes texts come through a bit late. Shame you can't have stored music as text alerts.

+ Fantastic for listening to music! It's more like an MP3 with a built in mobile rather than the other way round!

- The battery life is not so good when listening to music but it's not a major problem.

- The only bad point i have with this phone is the ring and text alert.On many occasions i have missed calls and text messages because you can hardley hear the alerts when they ringing even on full volume.

+ Nice design. Easy to navigate through the menu's. Large capacity for storing music.

- Turn wheel can be a bit of a pest and the music player is always displayed when you close the phone. The time is not displayed when you close the phone over.

+ Excellent as a music player. Easy to use and very small and compact. The 180 degree swivel opening is fun and very functional.

- It is much more a music phone than a camera phone. The screen is small, the picture quality mediocre and don't bother trying to record any video footage outside of the hours of daylight.

- the swivel design means you have to be careful how you hold the phone during a call as you could partially close the phone and cut off the call. This is a very minor gripe tho as it soon becomes second nature

+ It looks fab - cute and stylish at the same time! Nice and compact so easy to pop into small evening hand bag. Easy to text on, responsive key pad. The pretty blue screen. It's the best phone I've ever had!

- When you close phone it goes automatically to the music player - v annoying as this means that the outside screen does not show if you have a missed call, a text or the time. So you always have to open it to check status. There is a really annoying 'alert' sound which is activated in a number of different scenarios - eg, if you are scrolling in a text and reach the top. From what I've seen this cannot be turned off, it's annoying and SUCH an awful noise. Not many ring tones to choose from - even less alerts for texts to choose from. Small point, but I don't like how it displays 'London' below the time, couldn't it have been GMT.

- No way to set up sound profiles so you have to kepp going back into the sound settings when you want to got o silent or vibrate mode - last phone had profiles for each sound setting you wanted and it was easy to switch between them

+ its a nice size but keys are still useable cameras only 2 mega pixels but it takes good pictures

- no flash, no loud speaker, the music player comes on automatically when u close swivel, would prefer an option so that doesnt happen

+ I love being able to carry my phone unobtrusively in my pocket. Its compact size enables me to do this.

- I dislike the disc at the front of the phone which is meant to allow you to scroll up and down the menu. It's very stiff and temperamental - i've stopped attempting to use it as it is not good at all.

+ good battery life, looks good i like the swivel bit. its small but when you are making calls on it the mouth piece reaches your mouth

- dosent syncronise with my computer, is slow to sync with other phones hard to find games that work with this phone

+ It's very thin and compact and fits in your pocket perfectly. Picture quality of camera is excellent, key pad is easy to use and the best one i have had on a mobile phone. The sound quality is also very good.

- When putting the phone on silence mode it automatically plays the tune of your ring tone or message tone when you go into the application. For the ring tone you can only put it on the lowest number of volume which is 1 as there is no silence application. The message tone is ok as you can put it onto vibrate or nothing.
