looks smart, lense is covered unless the camera is on, the view screen is very big which is good.
can't seem to find a flash for the video camera, is slightly heavier than some other slimline cameras

this is easy to use and great for slipping in your pocket. i have abused it alot and it has taken everything i have thrown at it
its a bit plastic in comparison to the nv3. i prefered the metal casing on it

Feels nice, with easy to use menu system
screen gets covered in fingerprints quickly, if the battery runs flat your screwed because it takes a proprietary battery pack.

Very compact. Simple to use on the auto setting. Looks good.
Can be a bit slow to be ready to take another picture (although this may be down to my own inabilities as a photographer). Black shows up all finger prints etc (a personal gripe). A stray finger can all too easily enter the shot (so be careful). Could take a while to master all the features.
