- ice dispencer takes up a lot of room out of the freezer compartment

+ Nice design, well engineered, and relatively straightforward to install. Shallower depth compared with similar makes was a plus point for us. Good fridge capacity, well laid out. Too early yet to assess energy consumption. Good value for money compared with similar makes we looked at.

- Limited freezer capacity due to the ice dispenser. Ice dispenses several lumps at a time so you need to operate carefully. Be careful to check dimensions before delivery as although it passed through the external door it had to be unpacked to pass through internal doors as ours is an older property.

- scratches easily. Would be good to have a pen to cover scratches.

- We selected the black gloss colour however there is a noticable white line where the doors meet due to the inetrnal fridge backing being able to be seen through the gap in the doors. It would be simple to install a black joint here thus eliminating the problem

+ It is absolutely brilliant. It looks good. The ice section is brilliant and is being well used. The compartments ar deep and take several frozen bags of veg etc. Most impressed.

- Perhaps supply a cleaning cloth with it, as it looks so good I just have to keep cleaning off any unwanted stickly fingers.

- the freezer is not as big as I expected. Ice maker compartment takes up quite a bit of freezer space.We needed help with the initial installation-wasn't as straightforward as we expected. Condenser needed to be connected-not sure if this was our fault or the manufacturers. Once this was resolved no problems. Tiny point from a looks pointof view-white strip in middle of the two black doors very obvious-black would've been better.

+ Looks great, love the black mirrored finish - fits in really well with black granite work tops. Food keeps really well and being able to set the temperature digitally within a suggested range is great.

- Sacrifice capacity for ice and water functionality so for a family the freezer might be a bit on the small side. Sometimes the ice dispenser gets stuck and we have to pull out the ice tray inside the freezer which defeats the object of having a dispenser on the outside. The side by side Is larger than you think - check whether your front or back door is big enough to get it in - we struggled to get it in the house.

Enough storage compartments, dual cooling system, ice cubes & crushed ice. Good & attractive lighting inside. Nice shiny black outside. Definitely value for money.

- Does make a noice when dropping ice cubes. Not suitable for smaller kitchens as it takes up a lot of space in your kitchen.

+ Depth and colour were the main reason for purchase as very narrow entrance. Fridge capacity excellent freezer fair, kids love ice dispenser with crush option. Easy to clean, good shelving making everything visible. So far so good as only had a couple of weeks.

- The fridge casing has already chipped and in the freezer the lid for ice chute is taking up valuable space when not in use.

- The ice dispencer throws too many ice cubes out , it also gives you crushed ice when it should be cubed. The door shelves keep coming off every time you lift something out of them. They are not a good design, just cheap slide on slide off.

- Freezer capacity compromised by space taken up by ice/water facility (but not that bad really because have a second freezer anyway!) Just worth bearing in mind if this will be the only freezer in the household, not much room for bulky items like bread and monthly shopping.
