+ It looks good, is spacious and serves its purpose very well. It is also not too deep (67.2cm depth) compared to other models and makes, and so doesn't come out too far against the kitchen cupboards.

- I would have liked the fridge/freezer compartments to be a bit more balanced in volume, as I find the fridge space a bit too big, but can do with a bit more space on the freezer side..............other than that it's excellent so far.

+ Looks attractive. reasonably spacious but very basic.

- What spoils this model is the noise it makes. It's driving my husband mad. Quite hard to hear the TV above the background noise.

+ Plenty of room in fridge and freezer, easy to access and clear view of contents. Love the interior lights in fridge especially and the tray that collects the ice cubes so that you can have lots prepared for parties. Ice cubes don't stick together either and a simple twist drops them directly into the tray below.

- Would have prefered the vegetable and fruit/salad drawers to be higher and perhaps some shelves in their place for items that are not accessed so frequently. Bottles/cans stacker on bottom or top shelf would have been a bonus. Perhaps also one extra drawer in freezer section. A loud cracking noise occurs at regular intervals although it does not seem to cause a problem with the efficient running of the product.

+ We chose it primarially on its looks, stainless steel, to fit in with other purchased appliances. The design is great as the contents are easialy visible in both the fridge and freezer which feature superb lighting. We liked having the choice about built in water and ice dispenser, we chose to maximise freezer capacity, didn'tthink we would use the water and ice that much anyway. All in all thus far we are well pleased.

- The door shelves are a bit too narrow for our requirements fine for milk bottles or cartons, limited for 2 litre plastic bottles. All in all hard to find faults thus far.

+ Our first American style fridge freezer and I love it - the size, the handle bar used to open it is comfortable to use, plenty of shelves and trays. Visually great. Useful longer than average light in the back of the fridge to light up more than just the top shelf.

- Freezer compartment could be better with more trays in place of the shelves so you can pack more into it.

+ It does what it says, it keeps some things cold and freezes others, the shelves are easy to see, the door seals are good and the external display is simple & clear.

- Despite being allegedly only 41dcb, there is a noticeable annoying constant hum which only ceases when the fridge door is opened and starts again as soon as it is closed. The door pockets fall out too easily if items are not removed vertically. There are only 4 shelves in the fridge and no option to re-position them.

+ Superb design & functional.

- Described as stainless steel finish. Only the doors are stainless, the sides are metallic paint. Not so bad if it's built in, but in my case it's freestanding. Maybe I'm too fussy.

- the unit is so airtight that you have to hold both doors when opening, otherwise the entire fridge freezer moves.

+ Simple, but thought through design intenally that is very use friendly. Flexible shelves and racks, easy to move about and clean. Roomy drawers in fridge. The flexible ice system means that I can maximise freezer capacity when I need to, rather than it being plumbed into the freezer door and taking up lots of valuable storage space. Externally, it looks stylish too. The cooling system seems very efficient, both in the fridge and freezer.

- The drawers can be a little awkward to remove (for cleaning).

+ The doors do not mark easily. Temperature display useful and alarm when door is open for too long is also a good feature. Fairly spacious fridge with shelves easily visible. Overall very pleased with this fridge freezer and very glad we didn't go for ice and water on door since this would permanently reduce freezer space. The ice maker in the freezer can be removed as it's only a box and therefore can free up more space.

- The freezer space is not very wide and could cause difficulty when storing wide pizza boxes and possibly large fish eg. salmon. The internal design could be improved to maximise space, the fridge door would be better with more shelves and also the egg tray is very deep and since it is a white compartment is not easily visible. That said it does the job and for the price I would choose it again.

+ NON Samsung should stick to making TV's NOT fridges

- The fridge delivered was making an intermitant noise and had scratches down one side, I have also recently discovered that this model was featured on Watchdog and has a design fault which will become apparent after 12 months.

- minor issue is that it is on wheels and you have to hold one door to open the other

+ A great fridge/freezer. Quiet, well proportioned, easy to use and keep clean. Even when we had a 6 hour power cut, it kept its temperature! The only improvement I could recommed, would be removable baskets to sit on the shelves of the freezer, to help with storage of packets of items.

+ Love the stylish look with the full length handles. Not having the drinks dispenser with the big ice box inside gives a fair bit more room in the freezer. Nice clean layout inside.

- Door shelves not very secure.

+ We opted for the model without the automatic ice maker and are very happy we did. When you have the ice maker it tkaes away so much of the freezer storage and this model has built in ice trays which are easy to dump and store and we still have LOTS of room! Because of this and many other features we are very happy with this purchase.

- The doors can be hard to open, especially when your hands are full but I guess I rather that that being too easy to open. Also there was some blue tape lining on the drawers when it came new which we cannot get off and they tend to stick a little but to be honest if these are our only issues we have done very well.

- The motor makes a lot of noise and it seems to be on most of the time. It is much noisier than any fridge/freezer I have previously owned.

- As with all similar items freezer area a bit limited - balance between freezer and fridge area not as we would like it.

- the shelves do not hold the weight of the frozen food and there is not enough space to hold that much food. When looking at the freezer section appears larger than it actually is.

+ Good solid build quality.Easy to move around with its castor wheels. Digital temperature display is a good plus both initially to see that the machine got to its required temperature and for keeping an eye on, on a daily basis.The alarm system is also a good idea when the door is left open. I also like the bright internal lighting inside the fridge.

- Not enough allowance for variation in shelving - bad design point which would not have cost anything extra to have been implemented, especially at the base of the fridge. Freezer compartment would have been better with drawers rather than open edged shelves.

+ This is an attractive, well designed and thought out product. The internal layout of both Fridge and Freezer is excellent.

+ Design is sleek and attractive. Lights inside are good. Egg holder nice and big. We are tall so we like the height of the fridge.

- Not enough space to hold milk and other things in the door. There would actually be space for another shelf, which would be useful.

+ More shelves in the fridge than some similar products. No bulky water/ice disensers that just take up useable interior space - less of that nonsense means more space for your food. Very nice finish to the outside - the sides are the same material as the front, which is good if the fridge is going to be positioned someplace where the sides are visible.

- All fridges of this style are so big they can become the major feature of your kitchen. There are cheaper alternatives if you could live with plastic sides or one shelf less. There are much cheaper alternatives if you stick to the old tall-and-thin style. I'm not convinced there's actually that much more shelf area than my old fridge, (but there's definitely more volume, and it's easier to see what's there).

+ Very quiet. I have seen complaints on the web about how noisy it is. Well all I can say is that it's a darn sight quieter than our previous Admiral fridge and is also a lot quieter than the flurescent lighting in our kitchen. It is easy to see what temperatures it is on, both the fridge and the freezer, and to alter these. However, we have only had it a month or so, so cannot speak for the long term. Our Admiral lasted almost 15 years, but I'm told not to expect that from modern fridges. The lighting is nice.

- Like most fridges the door containers aren't that well made and one of them tends to come out when I remove a milk bottle from it.

+ I like the fact that I can see immediately the temperatures for both the fridge and the freezer. The ice cube storage is easy and practical for ejecting the ice. There is a warning signal if the door is left open.

- I can't think of any, apart from it does take a bit of getting used to in the kitchen, being so large.
