+ Keeps food fresher longer in the fidge. The door bottle holder is excellant as are the two bottom fridge doors. Fridge and freezer "ding" to tell you door has been open too long. I love it!!!
- None really but could be improved with another freezer draw in addition to 2 provided. When in box the handles make in wider so we had to take doors off the Samsung ourselves to get into the kitchen. Delivery people will only move when in the box. Luckily instructions with it tell you how to remove doors.

+ Very sleek and sophisticated. Looks great in the kitchen The freezer has an extra compartment with ice trays in it. Once the ice is formed, you flip a switch and the ice collects onto a tray - ready for when you want to use it! fab little feature
- The capacity could be slightly bigger in the freezer compartment. The fridge freezer makes quite a contineous humming sound- i personally don't find it annoying but some people might

+ It's a nice looking fridge freezer, which has all the feature you need (i.e. it keeps food cold and frost free). Nice layout inside with all the compartments we need.
- My only problem is that the milk/bottle holder in the fridge does sometimes lift and fall out when lifting items out of it (if there is nothing else in weighing it down).

+ Good colour-co-ordinates well with ohter kitchen appliances (silver/steel). Large spacious food storage shelves makes it easy to see contents. Easy to clean. Low noise.
