the samsung soul is a smart looking phone easy to use and to navigate around the functions you want to use it dosen't take long to get use too using thanks to the menu on the touch screen bring everything up at once if you want to send a message it's there straigt away brillant phone for me.

only thing bad i'd say about the soul is the battery last's forever if you don't use it if you use it for phone call the battery only seem's to last five minites wish the battery lasted longer when you use this phone as it was made to be used.

i love the desighn, never had a touch screen before and the vibration feed back on the touch mad is great have never seen a phone with that a unique quality as far as i am concerned, i love the way the menu is set out and the key pad is better than i thought it would be, it's definetly one of the best phones i have ever tried, it took me about a day or to, to get completely use to it but once you no how to use it it's perfect

the baterry life if you put the vibration back onto it then it will drain part of the batterry and cause it has been made to look good unfortunately like every phone you have to be careful no to scartch it, where i use to chuck my other phone about you cant do it with this one cause i'm scared it's gonna break, the phone charging hole could be in a better place and i dont think this phone is built to last but only time will tell

Creating your own coloured theme for your phone is excellent. You just pick a picture (either from what's already on the phone or one of your own you've put on) and you can completely change the colour scheme and change your font colour etc to match it or completely contrast with it, and you can change the colour and the hue of the touch sensitive pad too. The camera quality is just brilliant! Just before i had the U900 i bought a 7 MP camera. I needn't have bothered. The photo quality of the U900 is so clear my camera's just been left in the box

Hmmm, well with the good there's always a little bit of bad. Firstly, the ringing/message volume is not very loud at all. Even on the highest level 7. And yes..i do know that if you use MP3 there are different sound level qualities, but i'm talking what's already on the phone as it comes. The volume when you ring someone too varies. Sometimes you can barely hear that you are ringing someone then it suddenly gets louder. Secondly, the battery life isn't that great. I tend to make sure that i charge overnight. Assigning a different txt message tone is quite a complicated process, i had to ask advice on a forum how to do it & it wasn't as straight forward as you'd expect. Previously owning the U600 and having my menu options as a list i tried to find out if this was possible instead of the icons on the U900. If you can change it i haven't found out how yet. In comparison to the U600 with it's smooth slide and simple navigation, the U900 is slightly more chunkier and not as smooth and simple. But it's a gorgeous looking phone with great features and a fantastic camera!

Its slim, good looking, has good features and bluetooth is fast and efficient. Your can customise it to your own style and the camera is excellent.

It has awful battery life - lasts only a day or so before it just gives up on you - Im having to charge it nearly every day, which Iv never had to do with any other phone - and once the battery life drops to one bar, you've probably only got an hour left - the bars are a poor indicator really. The internal memory is poor, I can only store about 10 songs and 10 pictures before the memory is full.

Good looking and design, its easy enough to use.

The touch screen has a delay and its too easy to send an unfinished message by mistake when using the touch pad whilst composing a reply.. The ringing is too low even when turned up full as is the actual mp3 player itself and theres no proper smilies like on previous samsung phones.. The battery life is terrible, and the camera is'nt upto much, pictures often turn out blurry, trying to keep the phone still enough to take a decent pic is near impossible.

For me this phone is ideal. It is small and ergonomically a pleasure to navigate around. I have had no trouble finding my way around the phones different abilities and have found all of them to be perfect for my needs. The small "Magic touch" pad at the bottom is not so small to make somebody with large appendiges struggle and makes using the phone, again simple, but also just extremely nice. The music playback features are very good and the camera/video functions are outstanding, provided you use the correct settings. This is an all round very good phone which doesn't excel when compared to specific functions on other models, however put into one package creates an overall feeling that you have all you need and far more.

There are really only two bad points that i have found so far. First is the memory, which is a little bit small for a phone with so much to offer. This can always be partially remedied by purchasing a memory card but with other phones out there with far exceeding onboard memories, it will always be in their shadow. Secondly if you like playing games then this phone may not be for you. It is ok for simple games, but i found it difficult to use games which require faster button pressing. The touch pad is too slow to support quick changes and the keypad seems too fragile. You do need quite a gentle touch to use it.
