+ Easy one handed operation.
- Armband holster won't hold player firm enough to allow one handed operation on the move.

- I couldn't transfer my music. I lLost half of it transferring to the software, then half of it transferring to the player. Then couldn't return it because I had used the software. Awful little thing. Doesn't seem to fast forward either. Total waste of money.
