+ was great value for money (they offered a free trial with napster and the two products work perfectly together). The battery will probably need charging once every three days if you use it alot but it only takes a couple of minutes to charge. I went for it over an ipod as my laptop has vista and itunes is renowned for messing with vista and have had no problems so far.

- battery life but thats really not such a big deal
