OUTDATED MAPS SUPPLIED

Simple to use. Accurate and with a good deal of futureproofing via the online updating through the simple docking station connection to pc or laptop. Allows alternative routes to be found for just sections of a journey.

For the price (new product -still a premium price) I expect some sort of case even if it was a bit cheap and flimsy needing a better replacement... but nothing!

Compact, rapid, quality constructed and easy to use.

User guide whilst extensive lacks detail for first time users. Once using the device is mastered the guide is OK. Trouble shooter section missing from User Guide.

Total coverage of USA, Canada, UK & Europe. Map share. Ease of use. Compact design.

Absolutely ridiculous Windscreen mount. No decent suction. Have tried Air vent Mount and alternative windscreen mount. Both useless. Air vent mount just flaps around and alternative W/screen mount vibrates so bad you can't see the screen. On a device costing this much, I would have thought it would have included an anti-glare screen but it doesn't. Reflections often obliterate the screen.

Clear, and large screen. Controls are easy to use. With loud and clear voice directions. Also handy FM Transmitter to listen to your favourite music. I travel all over Europe and UK weekly with work as a coach driver, and I feel I can rely on the Tomtom 930.

Internal hard drive not very big, for fitting own MP3's onto, as with oither models, which have a 20gb drive.

large screen lane guidence is great on motorways also recalculating route rather than telling you to turn around if possible

this was purchased for my dad who hates new products and working out how they work it takes a while to learnn how it works and some of the warning sounds drove him crazy until he worked out what the persistant beep was

I have found that the tom tom 930t is a great piece of kit because it does many things, not only is it a sat nav but it also is a hands free unit for my mobile phone and with an extra sd memory card it works like an ipod in the car. also worked very well for me when on holiday in the algarve.

everything 1st class sat-nav 10/10...

only problem i have been in my new house for 4 years ( and ) the maps do not cover all my estate . come on tomtom get your act together with all this feedback of map share you should check it out before you release new maps on a new sat-nav like the top of the range tomtom go 930t .

Does everything you need plus extras like Bluetooth Hands free phonecalls.

None so far.Battery life a bit limited but in car charger provided.
