+ Finding alternative routes if I happen to make a mistake.
- Limited battery power, you need a charger in the car.

+ Good size , compact and easy to transport.
- No manual in the box and I found it hard to find the info I needed online.

Fraser, Brighton
+ It works really well gets you from A to B with no fuss
- Could have come with a mains charger instead of it being an extra

+ Easy to use. Good layout.
- Woould benefit from a clear, easy to see diagram/ instruction book of the 'command tree'

Ehjaz, Uxbridge
+ Really easy to use, great size, much better than I expected. Finds the adresses straignt away. Would definately recommend to anyone who travels alot. Having seen how good it is I wish I brought the one with maps of EUROPE as it would be worth it even if you just use it once abroad
- I did not realise it only comes with an in car charger. I had to purchase a charger from elsewhere

Christopher, Lancashire, “My First TOM TOM.”
+ Intuative to operate, easy to reconfigure the various options and pretty much idiot proof.
- Lost signal once in heavy rain, could be confusing to new purchaser at motorway exits when it can give the command "KEEP RIGHT" which should be changed to "KEEP STRAIGHT AHEAD AND IGNORE EXIT" if anything.

+ Really easy to use. Touch screen makes things simple and easy. Like how the volume increases with your speed to make sure you don't miss what's being said. Great carry case too, small enough to fit in my bag, but not so small that I'll lose it!
- Hardly any really. The only thing I've found so far is that the accuracy of my house isn't quite right, but I'm assuming that's because I live on a new (ish) estate.

Jim, Telford, “delivery driver”
+ Very simple menu set up. Choosing a destination is very quick and easy even if your not familiar with the device. The size is great as it will fit in your pocket.
- Had to send the item back after one week as the speaker blew. I was offered a full refund or an exchange, so apart from that, great little device.

Frank, Macclesfield, “ Am limitedr computer-literate ”
+ Easy to install and use.Good graphics and menu's easy to understand.
- Sometimes difficult to plan a journey via a particular required route, Always reverts to the shortest or quickist way, which is annoying particularly when it keeps on telling you to turn round !

Dave, Somerset
+ Very quick to find satellites, easy to navigate, clear voices even though i use mine mainly for camera location warnings.
- battery life not as good as it could be. Be very wary if driving LGV or towing caravans because choosing shortest routes could lead to navigating down narrow roads, i think this is the same with most Sat Navs

+ Ease of use & accuracy.
- On the odd occasion, the route back home is different to the route to the destination. Not sure why this is, or even if its a bad point.
