+ This product is fantastic to use, and it cleans outstandingly. I have a large dog and a very light coloured carpet so this was a brilliant option to clean the carpet with. I highly reccommend it.

+ The carpet cleaner was used on a very pale beige carpet that was stained with wine, tea, other household stains and the results, although not perfect, were a vast improvement. The whole carpet looked brighter. I hope after next application to see even better results.
- None really, the cleaner is good value for the price I paid.

+ Has a clean water tank and a dirty water tank which means yo know the dirty water is not being recycled back onto the carpet
- bit heavy to pull backwards and tends not to pull in a straight line
