This cooker is quick and easy to work, it is also very easy to keep clean.Good positioning of the controls. I also like the fact that the glass of the main oven and single oven(grill) is very very easy to remove and keep clean.

The only bad thing I can think about this cooker is the handle for the grill pan can be fiddly.

its a very easy cooker to use, design is realy nice with the controls on top of cooker so when using the grill they do not get hot

Grill pan small could be full width of top oven and use shelf brackets instead of small pan sitting on shelf

The thing that swung my purchase to the ZKC 60 20 WW was the "control layout"---the slooping panel is excellant.

It's a great cooker. The glass in the doors is easily removed to clean and both ovens are a good size.

I still can't cook though!!

This item is fantastic for anyone who loves to cook, the ovens are large and accessible and the temperature controls on the ceramic hob are very responsive. The light in the bottom oven and the angle of the glass makes cooking roasts a delight and the design is very appealing too. It's beautiful and functional, what more could you ask for?

It doesn't come with an elf to clean it for me.

Very attractive in stainless steel. Easy to clean. Pleased that it is energy efficient. Top door handle useful for hanging kitchen towel.

The oven seal came loose - but easily mended.

having gone from a gas cooker to a electric cooker I found this cooker to be very easy to use, and economical to run been A rated. I like the double oven and looking forward to cooking the xmas dinner in it. all in all this product was a good buy....

As someone who has never cooked on an electric cooker before I had a couple of timing issues but that's my cooking and not the actual cooker!!!!

throw the grill pan away(have kept the grill pan from our old cooker)before we purchased this cooker we read reviews on this product and everyone slated the detatchable grill handle. not the best looking cooker(mainly the shape of the top of the cooker,around the controls)

Good price for trustworthy brand name and for what you get. Good size of both ovens. 'A' rated top AND bottom ovens. Control knob position is excellent. Easy access and away from oven and grill heat. Looks nice with sturdy handles and glass doors so you can see food cook.

I haven't used it fully yet, but the grill seems to have fewer heat settings than most. I was used to the '1 to 6' dial with full or half grill options.

The neon does not indicates the grill is on. The top of the control panel is raised above the hob presumably to prevent liquid spills flowing over the controls. I thought this would be a good point but in use found this "kerb" inconvenient when, having taken a hot dish from the oven and rested it on the hob, it was not possible to slide it off the hob to return it to the oven. It means you have to pick it up with two hands (onven gloved of course) when one cold have been used if it cold have been slid off the top. On the other hand this arrangement, thogh more awkward is much safer. Two hands are safer than one?

Grill handle can be difficult to use!
